Shipping & Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering with us! 


Processing Time


The time required to prepare your order for shipping may vary. For ready-made items, please allow 3 business days for processing before we ship them out. 


Customized items, such as hair wraps, will require additional time and this will depend on the work involved and what other orders have been placed ahead of yours. We will provide you with specific timeframes via email after you place your order.

In general, for hair wraps, we require 2 weeks to create orders of up to 11 wraps. For orders larger than 11 wraps, a timeframe will be provided after the order is placed.


Shipping Time


After the processing time, please expect the following:


within Canada: 3-5 business days

to the USA: 7-14 business days

International: 5-22 business days


For non-customized items, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 6-25 business days (including processing and shipping time) from the date of your order.


Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier and customs processes, and we cannot guarantee precise delivery times.


Customs and Import Taxes


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their orders.


Sizing Details


For necklaces and bracelet chain: If you require a slightly different chain length, please specify in the comments. If you'd like a customized size, please provide the sizing you need at checkout. Changing the size will make the order a custom and will require extra time. 


Bracelets that are beaded will not be reworked. However, if we have access to the supplies to create a similar bracelet to what you see online, we can do so. Instead of making a purchase, please send us a note with your request via the contact page.


Custom and Personalized Orders


Aside from the details mentioned above, we’re generally not offering custom jewelry orders. However, if you have a request, we can certainly add it to our list and contact you if and when we’re able to produce that item. 


For example, if you would like a turquoise ring in a size 7 and don’t see one on our site, please send that request through and we’ll do our best to accommodate that. 


Ring Purchases: Can I Return a Ring if it is the Wrong Size?


Due to the unique methods Solah uses to create these rings, ring resizing is not possible.


Please take extra care in ensuring the accuracy of your ring size.


To get your ring size right, we recommend consulting a jeweler who can help determine the perfect fit for you. Keep in mind that the wider bands we use might alter the typical ring size slightly as they can create a bit of a tighter fit. 


If you’d like us to send you a ring sizer (these may only be used once for one measurement) you may order that from us first. 


Please note the following:


For premade ring items, returns may be accepted if they remain unworn and in their original condition.


It's important to recognize that our rings are intentionally designed with rustic, hand-formed characteristics, and do not have uniform diameters all the way around. The size will be approximate.


If you've ordered a pair of standard earrings or a non-custom necklace, we do accept returns for these items if they remain unworn and in their original condition. In such cases, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping) upon receiving the returned items. 


Returns and Exchanges for Products and Services


Please reach out if you encounter any issues with your order.


Refunds for services are not provided unless specifically stated in the contract for that service.

Custom product orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We accept returns of non-custom product orders. If a non-custom product is noted as damaged and expressed to us in writing within 14 days of arrival, the item can be returned for refund within 30 days. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide you with return instructions. 

The following conditions apply:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • The item must be returned with its included accessories and packaging.

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will assess the damage and provide a refund, excluding the shipping cost.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges, but we'll process your return quickly so you can place a new order.


Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process. Consider adding insurance to your package and keep the tracking number for monitoring.



Jewelry items are carefully placed in a cardboard jewelry box, accompanied by a small muslin storage bag and shipped in a bubble mailer envelope.
